, you can find all sorts of very fine honies. It’s in the heart of Ainoha, little village of the Labourd, (one of the 7 Basque provinces) that, for more than 10 years, we have been making our fresh gingerbread, guaranteed without added sugar or fat.

Elaborated with high quality raw materials, our gingerbread is composed of 50% local honey, weatmeal and rye flour, salt, bicarbonate,spices and mineral water. Our recipe will enable you to keep a soft and fine gingerbread for more than one month, just by wrapping it into cling-film and leaving it at room temperature.

We certify that we make our gingerbreads only upon request Retail outlets and that our products perfectly handle deep freezing.
Our gingerbread is a perfect base for savoury or sweet cookery :
Use it to make « tapas »*, to thicken sauces, toasted with « foie gras » or with ice creams.
